Downtown Patterson is the heart of the community, and it has served as a centralized location for meeting a variety of community needs and services for over a hundred years. This Patterson Downtown Master Plan (Master Plan) seeks to address evolving challenges and restrictions by enhancing the sense of place to create a unique destination that is attractive for residents, visitors, and businesses.
