To participate:
- Must live within City limits;
- Download the FREE permit application online; and
- Submit permit application by email to solidwaste@pattersonca.gov or in person at City Hall, Second Floor.

This event promotes the REDUCE, REUSE, & RECYCLE Program, a program designed to decrease the volume of waste that the city sends to the landfills. By reusing items, we are reducing our impact on the environment and helping to preserve the capacity of our landfills!
Residents can pick up a map at City Hall, Second Floor, upon request, or download a copy of the map that has all the participating addresses beginning Thursday, April 23, 2026.
