Road Closure Notice for the Sycamore Ranch Project (pdf).
The City of Patterson would like to inform you that Teichert Construction will be performing underground utility operations for the Sycamore Ranch Project. The underground utility work is scheduled to start July 9th and is estimated to last 6 -8 weeks.
For the safety of our residents and the contractors, Olive Avenue (Sycamore Ave to First St.) will be closed to the public with the exception of the residents who live in this construction area and emergency responders. Residence and emergency respondents will have access to Olive Avenue.
Additionally, the intersection of Olive and Sycamore Avenue will be closed for a minimum of three weeks. The work is scheduled to start July 9th and end July 31st. Please note that due to the extreme temperatures, Teichert will be performing the underground utilities work between the hours of 6 AM and 3 PM. Detour signs are in place, and flaggers are on site to help direct traffic.
We understand that the underground utility operations of this project will disrupt traffic flow and cause slight delays. We appreciate your patience and cooperation. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this road closure, please contact the Engineering Department at (209) 895-8033.

La ciudad de Patterson desea informarle que Teichert Construction llevará a cabo operaciones subterráneas de servicios públicos para el proyecto Sycamore Ranch. Los trabajos de servicios públicos subterráneos están programados para comenzar el 9 de julio y se estima que duren de 6 a 8 semanas.
Para la seguridad de nuestros residentes y los contratistas, Olive Avenue (Sycamore Ave a First St.) estará cerrada al público con la excepción de los residentes que viven en esta área de construcción y los servicios de emergencia.
