The City of Patterson has released the third-party consultation assessment addressing leadership/management competencies within the Patterson Fire Department and identifies opportunities to improve department capabilities, build team trust, enhance interpersonal relationships, and improve morale within the department.
The assessment reflects the City’s continued commitment to transparency and provides a constructive path forward to maintaining a strong, well-supported department.
