The Patterson Aquatics Center is owned by the City of Patterson and operated by the Recreation & Community Services Department. Dedicated, June 10, 2006 to the children of Patterson in memory of E.P. Halley Memorial Pool, 1935-1983. The aquatic center features a combination of pool areas designed to serve recreational and competitive aquatics, instruction, water aerobics, and family recreation. Surrounded by palm trees with plenty of shade, a seasonal facility that provides opportunity to laugh, splash, and play.
More than your average swimming pool with 25-yards of instructional pool featuring 6 lanes, ranging from 3 to 12 feet in depth, beach walk-in entry on the recreational section of the pool. Maintenance of the aquatic center is done by our certified operators that takes pride in maintaining clean and safe water.
Water safety is very important to the young men and women that serve as lifeguards in our community. Age and height restrictions do apply for entry and use. Please remember that water safety and drowning prevention is a TEAM effort and not just the responsibility of our lifeguards.
